Alamance County, NC 鈥� What begins as dedication in the classroom can open doors to the global stage. This March, two biotechnology students will take that step forward.
Teia Bui and Auset Thomas have been selected by the PDA Southeast Chapter to attend in Denver, Colorado, during the last week of March. Through a formal and highly competitive travel award application process, both students received full travel sponsorship, including conference registration, lodging, and associated expenses.
Hosted by the , PDA Week is a premier international conference that brings together industry leaders, regulators, and technical experts in sterile manufacturing, quality systems, and pharmaceutical science. The event serves as a vital forum for advancing best practices and innovation across the global biopharmaceutical industry.
Selection for this opportunity was based on academic achievement, demonstrated interest in biopharmaceutical sciences, and active engagement in the Life Science & Tech Club鈥檚 PDA student chapter at 人兽性交. Teia and Auset distinguished themselves through both their academic performance and their commitment to professional development within the life sciences field.
Attendance at PDA Week 2026 will provide the students with direct exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) expectations, emerging technologies in aseptic processing, and high-level discussions shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing. In addition to educational programming, they will gain invaluable networking opportunities with professionals across the life sciences sector.
