Student Printing Procedures Using PaperCut
1. Log In:
- Start by logging into any available campus computer using your student credentials.
2. Prepare Your Document:
- Open the document you wish to print. This can be done through software applications such as Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF Reader, or any other document viewer/editor.
3. Send Your Document to Print:
- Click on ‘File’ and then ‘Print’ in your document application.
- Select the Systel Pay to Print printer from the list of available printers.
4. Review Print Settings:
- Choose your print preferences (e.g., black and white, color, number of copies).
- Confirm your settings and send your document to the printer.
5. Proceed to the Print Release Station:
- Locate the nearest Print Release Station: Library, Snack Bar, and the AATC.
6. Log In at the Release Station:
- Use your student ID or credentials to log into the Systel Pay to Print system at the Release Station.
7. Review and Pay for Your Print Job:
- Your document will appear in the queue. Select it.
- Insert payment as required by the system. This can typically be done using cash, card, or through preloaded student account balances.
8. Release and Collect Your Printout:
- Once payment is confirmed, select ‘Print’ to release your document.
- Collect your printed document from the printer.
9. Log Out:
- Remember to log out of the Print Release Station and collect any change or receipt if applicable.
