ACC takes pride in training emergency personnel. We train firefighters and EMS personnel throughout the Alamance County region and beyond. A variety of emergency medical continuing education topics are scheduled monthly throughout Alamance County and online formats; all are welcome to attend.

Credentialed providers are responsible for maintaining their own continuing education records, including compliance with various topic hours (see NCOEMS Re-certification Standards). The required minimum of all topic hours will be offered at least once per four-year NCOEMS credentialing cycle 

The NREMT credentialing cycle may vary from the NCOEMS standard. It is the provider鈥檚 responsibility to ensure minimum compliance with the NCOEMS and NREMT re-credentialing standards (see ).
