ACC is committed to offering high quality courses that enhance the professional development of teachers, teacher assistants, substitutes. We offer opportunities for both licensed and non-licensed personnel.

This program is for individuals whose objective is to become a teacher assistant, who wish to be effective in the classroom, and who desire a better understanding of how students learn. This course, along with successful completion of the NCRC exam, fulfills the requirements in North Carolina to become a teacher assistant. No previous college education or teaching experience is necessary.
